How to Enjoy (& Endure) the Holiday Season

The holiday season can be a stressful time as it can bring out the best and worst in others and ourselves.  Try these four things over the coming weeks:

  1. Clarify your holiday values and set some goals around these values.
  2. Accept negative feelings that arise during the season.
  3. Exercise!
  4. Set aside time to breathe deeply.
